Our equipment enjoys a high degree of automation, with 30 sets of multi-station high-speed cold heading machines, 15 sets of high-speed thread rolling machines from Taiwan JianCai, 35 sets of automated assembly machines, 50 sets of high precision punches, lathes and milling machines, and 300 sets of screw rolling machines. Today, we have become one of the largest manufacturers of anchor bolts and threaded rods in China.

Our company owns a number of fully automatic galvanizing production lines. For our electro-galvanizing products, salt spray test can meet the requirements of 72-158 hours; while for our HDG products, salt spray test can meet the requirements of about 1,000 hours.

The monthly output of our  threaded rods 15,000 tons, and other fasteners for export 2,000 tons. The numbers are increasing month by month.

Our company has a QA laboratory with complete facilities. The production also reflects a high degree of intelligence. The whole production process is controlled by MES system, and the workshop operation is visually managed through electronic screen. Our product quality has reached the international advanced level and we have become the OEM factory for many international brands. At present, our own brand “FIXDEX” has become the designated brand for REG, PowerChina, well-known curtain wall companies and elevator companies, who are deeply impressed by our high quality and high cost performance.

We have the self-managed export right in the People’s Republic of China. Our products are exported to Europe, America, Japan, Southeast Asia and other advanced countries.
