C-FIX
C-FIX is used to design:
Safe and economical anchoring in concrete
Metal Anchors and Bonded Anchors
Many influencing factors make the calculation extremely complex
Fast calculation results include detailed calculation verification process
The new user friendly anchor design program for steel and chemical anchors
The new version of C-FIX with optimised start times allows the design of fixings in masonry after the specifications of the ETAG. Thereby, a variable anchor plate form is possible, whereby the amount of anchors has to be limited to 1, 2 or 4 after the specifications of the ETAG 029. For masonry of small-format bricks, an additional option for a design in associations is available. Therefore it is possible to plan and successfully prove even bigger anchorage depths up to 200 mm.
A similar operator interface as at the design in concrete is also used for the design of fixings in masonry. This simplifies the fast entry and the operation. All entry options which are not permitted for the elected substrate are automatically deactivated. All possible combinations out of anchor rods and anchor sleeves are offered for selection, suitable to the respective brick. A wrong entry is therefore impossible. During the change of design between concrete and masonry, all relevant data are being adopted. This simplifies the entry and avoids mistakes.
The most relevant details can be entered directly inside the graphic, partially, complementary details in the menu are needed.
Independent from where you are making the changes, an automatically comparison with all involved input options is ensured. Not permitted constellations are showed with a meaningful message, in addition, a real time calculation delivers you to every change the appropriate result. Too large or too small details about axial- and edge spaces were showed in the status line and can be corrected immediately. The in the ETAG requested consideration of the butt joint is user-friendly designed by clearly structured menu queries of the joint design and -thickness.
The design result can be saved as a meaningful and verifiable document with all relevant data of the design and be printed to the product.
WOOD-FIX
For a fast calculation of your applications Construction screws, such as securing rooftop insulation or joints in structural timber constructions.
The design principals follow European Technical Assessment [ETA] and DIN EN 1995-1-1 (Eurocode 5) with related national application documents. A module is for the design of the fixing of rooftop insulations with fischer screws with different roof shapes, as well as during the usage of pressure-resistant insulation materials.
This software module will automatically determine the correct wind and snow load zones from a given post code. Alternatively, you can enter these values manually.
In other modules: main- and secondary girder connections, coating reinforcements; false edges/ girders reinforcement, shear protection, general connections (wood-wood / steel sheet-wood), notches, breakthrough, abutment restructuring, as well as shear connection, the design of the connection or rather the reinforcement can take place with the threaded screw.
FACADE-FIX
FACADE-FIX is a quick and easy solution for the design of facade fixings with a wooden substructure. The flexible and variable selection of substructures provides the user with maximum freedom.
You can choose between common predefined look materials. In addition, materials with specific dead loads can also be inserted. A large range of frame anchors meet all requirements and offer the widest range of anchor bases on the market.
The effects of wind loads on buildings are determined and estimated according to valid rules. Wind load zones can be inserted directly or automatically determined by zip code.
With a variety of designs, the user can display all suitable products to the object, including the calculated pricing volume.
A verifiable printout with all required details completes the procedure.
INSTALL -FIX
The program takes users step by step through the design process. A status display continuously informs users about the static load utilisation of the selected installation system. Up to ten different standard solutions incl. consoles, frames and channels can be maintained in a quick selection tab.
Alternatively, the design of more complex systems can be started by preselecting the desired installation system. The program allows the change of the size of the channels, as well as the numbers and distance of the support points, for the best utilisation of the system.
In a next step, the type, diameter, insulation and number of pipes, which the installation system has to carry, can be defined.
The option to enter hollow or media-filled pipes in the graphically displayed support system automatically generates load models, thereby providing the required static proofs for the channel systems. Furthermore, it is possible to directly enter additional loads, e.g. air ducts, cable trays, or just freely definable point or linear loads. In addition to a verifiable printout, the program also generates a parts list of the components necessary for the selected system after completing the design, e.g. brackets, threaded rods, channels, pipe clamps and accessories.
MORTAR-FIX
Use the module MORTAR-FIX to determine exactly the injection resin volume required for bonded anchors in concrete.
Thereby, you can calculate exact and demand-oriented. with the Highbond anchor FHB II, the Powerbond-System FPB and with the Superbond-System the perfect anchor for your anchoring in cracked concrete.
System requirements
Main memory: Min. 2048MB (2GB).
Operating systems: Windows Vista® (Service Pack 2) Windows® 7 (Service Pack 1) Windows® 8 Windows® 10.
Notes: The actual system requirements will vary based on your system configuration and your operating system.
Note to Windows® XP: Microsoft has stopped the support of the operating system Windows® XP in April 2014. For this reason, no updates, etc. are provided from Microsoft anymore. Therefore, the support from the fischer group of companies for this operating system has stopped.
RAIL-FIX
RAIL-FIX is the solution for a fast design of balcony railings, rails on balustrades and stairs indoor and outdoor. The program supports the user with numerous pre-defined fixing variations and different geometries of the anchor plate.
Through the structured entry guidance, a fast and faultless entry is ensured. The entries are visible on the graphic immediately, whereby only the respective relevant entry data is displayed. This simplifies the overview and prevents misentries.
The influence of holm- and wind loads are determined and estimated on the basis of the valid set of rules. The selection of the attached influences can take place through a pre-defined selection screen or also be inserted individually.
A verifiable output with all required details completes the program.
REBAR-FIX
To design post-installed rebar connections in reinforced concrete engineering.
The multi-functional selection of Rebar-fix permits a post-installed connection of concrete reinforcement with end connections or splices to be calculated.
