What is chemical anchor chamfer?
Chemical anchor chamfer refers to the conical design of the chemical anchor, which enables the chemical anchor to better adapt to the hole shape of the concrete substrate during installation, thereby improving the anchoring effect. The main difference between the special inverted cone chemical anchor and the ordinary chemical anchor is its appearance and the chemical adhesive used. The special inverted cone chemical anchor uses an injection anchoring glue, which is composed of synthetic resin, filling materials and chemical additives, and has the characteristics of strong anchoring force and corrosion resistance.
Application scope and performance requirements of special inverted cone chemical anchor bolts
Special inverted cone chemical anchor bolts are suitable for reinforced concrete and prestressed concrete substrates in areas with a design intensity of 8 degrees and below. When post-anchoring technology is used in load-bearing structures, embedded reinforcement should be used; for buildings with a design intensity of no more than 8 degrees, post-enlarged bottom anchor bolts and special inverted cone chemical anchor bolts can be used. In addition, special inverted cone chemical anchor bolts are also suitable for curtain wall keel angle fixing, steel structure, heavy load fixing, caulking cover plate, stair anchoring, machinery, transmission belt system, storage system, anti-collision and other scenarios.
Chemical anchor construction method
Drilling: Drill holes on the substrate according to the design requirements. The hole diameter and hole depth should meet the requirements of the anchor bolt.
Hole cleaning: Remove dust and debris in the hole to ensure that the hole is clean.
Anchor bolt installation: Insert the special inverted cone chemical anchor bolt into the hole to ensure that the anchor bolt is in close contact with the hole wall.
Injection of adhesive: Inject injection anchoring glue to ensure that the colloid fills the hole and surrounds the anchor bolt.
Curing: Wait for the adhesive to cure, which usually takes a certain amount of time. The specific time depends on the type of adhesive and the ambient temperature.
Through the above steps, the special inverted cone chemical anchor bolt can be firmly fixed on the substrate to ensure the stability and safety of the structure.
