The latest anti-dumping policy on concrete fasteners
On March 15, 2024, the Mexican Ministry of Economy announced in the official gazette that it would make a preliminary affirmative anti-dumping decision on concrete steel nails originating in China (Spanish: clavos de acero para concreto, English: concrete black nails and concrete nails). A preliminary ruling was made to impose a temporary anti-dumping duty of 31% on the products involved. The TIGIE tax number of the product involved is 7317.00.99. The announcement will take effect from the day after it is issued.
